

Driving HP's EMEA B2B and B2C Campaigns to Success on Multiple Social Media Platforms

Challenge: Hewkett-Packard (HP), a global technology company, wanted to expand its social media presence and deliver successful B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple platforms in five European markets. They were looking for a partner to manage, plan, and execute their campaigns and deliver results in increased sales and a strong return on investment (ROI).
Solution: I worked as a senior planner developing and executing HP's social media strategy across Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Meta. Our focus was on delivering B2B and B2C SaaS product offerings across LinkedIn and Meta, leveraging the platforms' unique features to reach their target audience effectively. We managed Black Friday and Christmas campaigns with budgets exceeding 300K per market, ensuring that our campaigns aligned with HP's brand messaging and objectives.
Results: Our efforts led to significant success for HP's social media campaigns. We achieved a remarkable return on ad spend (ROAS) of 6:1 on Meta for the HP B2B quarterly campaign, exceeding our client's expectations. By leveraging different social media platforms and unique features, we were able to reach a wider audience and drive engagement. Additionally, our campaigns helped HP achieve its sales targets during key holiday periods. Overall, our partnership with HP allowed them to improve their social media presence and achieve meaningful results.
